Having recently purchased a vehicle from Halfway Toyota George, it would be amiss of me not to post a compliment on the outstanding service I received. At first payment went well and then all of a sudden no payment at all for 3 months if we ask for the money the answer is that we will be settled in that week and now the 4th month has gone by and he still owes a large sum. Today we had a really good experience. After having problems with the car we took it in to be diagnosed there. They tested it all for free. However, just so that we could be sure we were given a spare part (the one that they think is faulty) that was lying around the workshop (they installed it there and then and we kept the original in the boot) to test out until tomorrow, since the car problem only happens in the mornings. They said that that way we could be sure it was that part before we shelled out a chunk of money and at the same time they minimized our inconvenience as we didnt need to leave our ONLY car there overnight and have to make other transport arrangements. If the car is A-ok tomorrow we will know it is definitely just that and purchase the part and pay for the installation from them. If not they will search for other potential, less likely causes. <br> <br> Thanks Tonnesens for the excellent service and going the extra mile to make our life easier and get us back on the road fast!
