WERDA TOYOTA LOUIS TRICHARDT BAD SERVICE.

I took my car for service at Werda Toyota at Louis Trichardt, after driving it for three weeks I started hearing a funny noise from the engine. Then I went to Werda Toyota I got a lady and told me that the person (Jan Emmenis) who assisted me during service went to a dentist. Then, I explained the whole problem to her and how it started. Then she told me there is no problem, they will send the car to fetch my car from Thohoyandou to Louis Trichardt. Then after 15 minutes or so Jan Emmenis called me and told me a different story that I have to pay R1390 for transportation. Then, I told him I am coming. When I got there he said for them to fetch the car to perform diagnosis they will charge me a transportation fee, which is R1390. Then, I told him he must worry I will make a plan to bring the car to Louis Trichardt on Monday.

To my surprise today on the 04/06/2018 I took my car to Werda Toyota Louis Trichardt, to be told to pay a fee for the diagnosis to be done which was not the part of the agreement. Then after that, I was asked to pay R1539 to open a tarpet cover. I told them I don't have that amount. Then Jan Emmenis mislead me big time. I took my car to Toyota under a critical state driving it knowing that it will be attended. Now I have to be with a stationary vehicle at home. Then immediately I took my car to a certain dealer to trade it in I found out that the engine cover is missing I went back, they called a technician. Then technician brought the cover, I told him this is a proof to show that you are negligent, how many things have you forget to put back. This is a proof enough that Werda Toyota Louis Trichardt is not capable, we take our cars to them to ensure that is always in good condition, but in contrary break our cars. Then, a technician told me if I am not happy I must take my car elsewhere. Then, immediately after that statement, he told me I have depression. I felt that my rights as a customer I violated because I voiced how I see their service.

Werda Toyota Louis Trichardt service is so bad, compared to other Toyotas.
