Water collecting in the doors of Toyota Hilux Legend 50

I purchased a Toyota Hilux (Legend 50) in 2019 (brand new). From the onset water collected in the doors of the vehicle. The vehicle has been to the dealer (McCarty Toyota - Pinetown) 4 x times resolve the issue without success. On the 5th time I was told by Toyota SA that it is normal for water to collect in the doors of the vehicle and then drain out and they refuse replace the doors.!!!! Unacceptable
