Warranty application a rip-off!!!!

Bought our first Toyota, always thought they are ahead of the rest. Car is perfect, have extended warranty and service. Car ha sonly 80000km on the clock. Had a big service done they covered it for almost 10k. Had 2 small warranty claims, one for a window winder which has play and clips on the back outside panel broken, both none serviceable items. car missed 2 services by owner has he forgot he had the extended service plan, not that these items would have been serviced or checked in any way. Window winder labor declined, R600, still waiting for back cover clips as they can only submit one claim at a time. How ridiculous is this that you take car in, identify 4 problems at once but can only handle one claim at a time? Now Toyota, you saved the money on the other 2 services, correct, you have your extended warranty and service money correct, yet you refuse to cover labor for these small items yet you would never have serviced them in the first place. I fully agree and understand if it was the engine, gearbox or a serviceable item that is not damaged due to the none service, but an item you would never have touched, checked, service, oil, look at or even consider until a client said something was wrong, yet you feel it an acceptable answer and acceptable practice to decline this minimal amount and potentially loose a new client who love the car but hate you practice as it is unpractical and making no sense. I hate to items, the one is the window winder with you and the back door cover/clips waiting to be submitted, which I assume I will get the same ridicules argument? Be reasonable in your practice and applications when it comes to things like this. Im awaiting your amicable solution to this application!!!
