Warranty

Hello Peter, <br> My husband and myself own a Toyota Rav 4. 61,000 km and an extended Warranty.<br> On the 17.07.2015 we were at Buffalo Toyota as our car had a gearbox problem.They checked the car and said the automatic gearbox is gone. It would take about 2 weeks to repair the gearbox. <br> Well it took them one week to strip the gearbox to see what was wrong.<br> Then they started to order parts. <br> We got no courtesy car and had to hire a car. <br> Today I phoned Toyota Joburg again, they have received 17 out of 30 parts.( It all goes via Joburg) Wow. They cannot exchange the gearbox as they apparently have no stock???!! Toyota no stock. They also have not enough stock of parts??<br> Is this TOYOTA everyone says how good they are??? Until you have a problem then you will find out..
