WARNING: DO NOT BUY A TOYOTA C-HR OR TRUST THEIR “FULL SERVICE HISTORY” CLAIMS!

I am beyond furious. I bought a Toyota C-HR under the promise of a FULL SERVICE HISTORY, only to find out later that one of the services was skipped. Apparently, Toyota thinks it’s “within their rights” to skip a service but still call it a full history. That is *****ulent, misleading, and dishonest.

Because of this lie, my warranty was cancelled without my knowledge. Now my car is broken, my warranty is NOT reinstated, and Toyota refuses to fix the damage caused. I was sold a car under false pretenses, and instead of correcting their mistake, they hide behind excuses.

So now I sit with a broken Toyota C-HR, no warranty, no support, and a dealership and brand that clearly do not care about their customers once they have your money.

This is disgusting service, ********* behavior, and downright *******. Shame on Toyota for selling cars with “full service history” that are anything but. Shame on them for leaving their customers stranded with broken cars and cancelled warranties because of THEIR mistake.

If you value your money, peace of mind, and honesty — stay away from Toyota.
