Waiting for feedback for 1 month !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p> </p> <p>On the 2nd August 2016 I took my vehicle to Toyota Lichtenburg I was told by the service agent that the oil crank shaft oil seals with pulley needs to be replaced, today is the 2nd of September 2016... one month as passed I have not received any correspondence. I have sent emails on the 4th & 7th of August 2016... requesting a booking as my car is still under warranty, but nothing as happened. I am very disappointed with the service received, if I breakdown and anything happens to my vehicle of myself I will sue for damages.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
