Waiting for a refund for longer than 2 months

Dear Cindy,<br> <br> Another two months have gone by, and still no REFUND, and not even any form of communication from you and/or TOYOTA.<br> <br> This service is really shocking!<br> <br> Needless to say, we will take great pleasure in NEVER buying a vehicle from TOYOTA again.<br> <br> We will be sure to tell our circle of friends, that such a big organisation, needs to STEEL R 795.93, from their customer, in order to remain profitable.<br> <br> Really unbelievable.<br> <br> We wish TOYOTA all the best! And most certainly will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again.<br> <br>
