Waiting a month for Parts

<p>We hade a burgraly and the spare kees was stollen for my car when to Vaal Toyota to order the parts needed. Toyota insisted in making payment befor they are willing to orded the the parts. I was instructed that my parts was orded as urgent and wil only take 3 days as the car is standing without this part.</p> <p> </p> <p>The burgraly happend on the 1st June 2017 it is now the 20th and still no parts. when i call vaal Toyota they simply say the parts is on back order and now recently advided that as the part was on order for o long Toyota SA cancelled the part.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why does is that 3 weeks to get this part whay cant they tel my why the part was cancelled. what should i do to get this fixed. I cant get to work this is realy pethetick after i alreddy payded them ofer R8000.00 for the parts.</p>
