Very Very poor service

I have ordered parts from Toyota on the ***5,and payed in full,was told it i can come and collect 2 days later. One part came the other was never ordered,but both was paid for. So they re ordered and told me it will be at Algoa Toyota on ***5,when i got there there was still no part and gave me a new date for the ***5,and still the part was not there,so on the ***5 i went to Toyota and the part was finally there,i also ordered a new part and no suprise no stock at Algoa Toyota,i paid for it and they said it will be there on the ***5,i asked them if they will be open,as it is over the holidays,Conrad De Jager said yes they are open,and that i should try about 13:00 i went there 12 :30 just to find everything closed??? Is this what they call service ???? I will never buy a vehicle from Toyota,and is getting rid of my Hino as soon as possible,cause this is rediculous!!!!!! i Have lost about R 3000 a day in income,because of Algoa Toyota and this was not the first time.
