Very very bad Service on Spotters Fee

I refer a friend to them that bought a brand new 2.8 fortuner Leon the sales person and his manager Jaun said they will pay me a spotters fee . It has been 2 months after my friend bought the fortuner and every day when I phoned them and ask were is the spotters they are full off excuses. The manager Jaun did not phoned me back after I left couple of messages for him, Every time the sales person tell me he will bring the money he never shows up. So people don't refer anyone to buy a vechile from east rand Toyota because they won't come to the table . They promise you the moon,stars, and everything but you will get nothing .
