Very poor service

We bought a used car from Mr Andre Combrinck at Monument Toyota, Weltevreden Park, Johannesburg in April 2014. In the process of registering the car the branch changed my wife's name on the e-antis system, and she is now not the registered owner of the car. Mr Combrinck charged her an \on the road fee""; he tried to say she should not worry about it.
