Very poor customer service from FOUR different Toyota branches!

<p>I'm trying to sell my Prius with a full service history, but all of a sudden Toyota don't buy Prius, they sell them at premium prices but when it comes time to trade or buy one they all run. Why sell them then? Even the branch where I bought two from previously just don't return calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fourways, Bethlehem, Parktown all said they will call back, not one called back.</p> <p>Centurion said they'll call on Monday , no call, I called them and the lady said she will call me between 3 and 4 that day, no call. After calling them again the manager said they only get offers of around R40 000. Nissan, CARZAR and We buy cars offered me more than double that!!! I feel like I'm being ****med , but it's not some shady second hand car dealer, it's Toyota.</p> <p>Fourways said the trade in is around R160 000 - R180 000 and Centurion had a similar number, but none of the dealers want to honor that amount.</p> <p>We have a double cab, RAV, Yaris and Prius in our family and this is how Toyota treats loyal customers. I am super disappointed in Toyota especially Parktown where I bought my last two Toyotas.</p> <p> </p> <p>Customer service says they don't interfere with the dealers, how convenient.</p>
