very dirty bathrooms

This is a big dealership in Lenasia, but has thee most dirt toilets I have ever seen, even public toilets are not so dirty, The was only one toilet for everybody, they do not even have a urinary toilet, hygiene is very important but this place don't seem to care about such, how can a huge garage like this have one toilet and keep it so dirty.
