VERY BAD service received in TOYOTA Midrand (N1)

I bought a Corolla Cross GR sport hybrid on the 20th of July at Toyota Midrand and my request was to add the "anti-smash film", when collecting the car obviously I couldn't open the windows until a certain period of time, to my surprise the front left hand side was making very disturbing sounds and the door panel had a very disturbing scratch, I informed the dealership and they said I must bring the car back which I did and also asked for a windscreen "clear film" to protect the windscreen from the stone chips.

Those two issues were sorted BUT on then the car AGAIN was left with another scratch on the body from outside on the left hand side. I asked the Person I was dealing with if I can bring the car today and he agreed and when I get there I ended up feeling I was there for favors and I was specific with time when talking to him I had to go back to my place without being assisted.

I am very disappointed and this is my favorite brand I guess I should have tried others and see what they could have offered.

Now I am left with the brand new car (two weeks) old car with a scratch
