Very bad service

On 03 September 2015 I went to Toyota Arcadia for 80000k/m service, which had been done. I paid R4010.00 for service. after picking up the car Ive noticed that there are a few problems with the car, when I drive on a straight angle the wheels turn to the left due to the allignment, they were suppost to do allignment as part of service. On the 04/09/2015(08:41) I called them to tell them about the fault but was send from pillar to post before speaking to the manager,I spoke to a lady by the name of Ulender who told me that I was suppose to take the car for allignment checking, she told me to call them back after 2 hours but when I called them back they hanged up the phone.
