Verbally abused by a Toyota SA worker.

Yesterday 21 September 2022 at 18h30. On my way home. As I stopped on a stop street sign. Waiting for cars to clear. A gentlemen bumped my car on the rear side (back). As I was shocked whats happening. He got out his car and started to attempt to assault me. I went back to the car and locked. I another car stopped and tried to assist me. He continued being very aggressive, "stating why did I not enter" , "why I am stupid" . When I asked for his documents from inside the car. He said, I won't do anything to him cause he works for Toyota SA. He was wearing a Toyota T shirt with branding. He went back to his car and drove off. The gentleman that assisted me, chased after him inside the car and I followed. We chased him to the police station. Unfortunately there was load shedding. The police forced him to give me his contact details and identity number.

I have reported the matter to the local police station and my insurance. He is not picking up his cellphone.

I am highly disappointed at the verbal abuse shown by one of your workers. I was with my two kids ages 9 and 10. If the other gentlemen did not assist he would have proudly physically assaulted me.
