NTT Toyota Limpopo stin****!! I am living in Limpopo and to my utterly discuss , i had a vehicle serviced, very polite technician but you can see how the company is abusing employees and how fatigue they are. Upon asking, I was totally surprised to hear that no overtime is paid and the hours worked is totally not in line with the Basic Conditions of Employment act. The problem is that the employees are afraid that they might loose their jobs, thus working under these totally unacceptable conditions. I drive a Toyota but promise you, and will go onto social media and tell other Toyota owners to speak to the technicians working on their vehicles and asking the same questions I did. Toyota NTT - shame on you!! Wonder what the Labour Department will think of this if reported and they audit NTT Toyota?? Hellllloooo, this is South Africa and employees do have rights according to the Act. Please do me a favour and go read the Act and try and apply it to your outlets. Happy employee - Happy Employer. But by bullying employees - unhappy employee - still happy employer and that is not on!!! Again shame on you NTT Toyota.
