Useless Branch that can't even make a booking

I have tried to make a booking at this Toyota branch before I go on leave for the December break and was not able to due to their incompetence of making a booking. I was told that I would be phoned back after they were to busy to take my call. I suspected that they were not going to phone me back and contacted again to make sure I would be able to make a booking after which I was told that they are fully booked in the time I would require them to completed the car service.

Don't think I will be wasting any more time on your useless call center and would find someone else that will be willing to assist.
