Useless arrogant bunch!

Not great! Bought a new hilux 2018 model. Salesman gave good service to start. We discovered a problem with the tow bar electrics and have had endless trouble trying to get them to rectify the problem. They are arrogant and insinuate that the fault lies with our trailers which work fine on all our other vehicles, not to mention that I build trailers. I had one "workshop foreman" asking whether I had the wires in the correct position on my trailers and he kept giving me the wrong positions..... No wonder it doesn't work. Most useless unhelpful bunch I've had the unfortunate experience to have dealt with!
