Used car - after sales service

<p>I purchased a Kia Cerato hatchback from the Bidvest Mcarthy Toyota in Midrand but had advised the salesmand and the account manager that I would collect the car on the 07/02/2016 due to religious reasons. On collecting the car, I had to wait 2 hours for all the extra items int he car to be sorted. I then used the car for a week or so and was not happy with the clutch nor did I receive all the additional things I required with teh car on day of collection. The salesman was helpful on the first day or two thereafter, i was doing all the following up and still having issues with the car a month down the line. I have never had bad service from Toyotal and initial sales servives was really good, with all the explanations included but after sales has been terrible and i am still not happy with the way the vehicle is working.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can some one assist in resolving all of the issues once and for all</p>
