Urban Cruiser

My wife bought a Urban Cruiser new 3 months ago. The radio is not working and apparently this problem is on about every 2nd Urban Cruiser sold. Thus far Toyota has not found a solution for the problem and has not contacted us re the progress. I am of the opinion that we were sold a defective vehicle and nothing is been done to rectify the problem. 3 Months without a radio ???????
