Untrained salesman - Culemborg Toyota

<p>I was interested in buying a Toyota Fortuner so i went to Toyota Automark in Culemborg, Cape town. As i walked in, i was "greeted" by an unfriendly man who happened to be the manager. When i told him that i wanted to buy a car he referred me to a salesman names Nizam. Nizam didnt have a clue about the vehicles he was selling. The answer to all my questions was "i dont know" and "i just started working here".</p> <p>When you work for a Toyota dealership you should have some car sales experience and knowledge about power and features. This guy was still learning. In a way it is not his fault as the dealer principal and manager should actually be responsible for putting an amateur on the floor.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not impressed with Toyota due to this so i will probably stick with BMW.</p>
