unsatisfied customer

I bought an elctrical engine part a trottle costing about R3500 and I brought it back within 4 hours unused and they refused to take it back and iam stuck with the product costing so much I called the toyota complaints dept. A lady by the name of zenobia swarts said I must email the receipt and attach a complaint letter which I did.up until today they have not responded since the first week of august.I really need assistance and iam stuck with the sealed unused part and I need the money|.iam so fed up that now iam going to take this to the press and show such bad service I got from toyota
