Unsatisfactory client service

My complain is regarding my 2016 Hilux 2.8 GD Automatic. I have contact them on numerous occasion's via their "Chat". Each time they reply that one of their technicians will contact me, on ***. My query is regarding a vibration coming from the automatic gearbox.
