Unreliable turbo charger on double cab diesel bakkie

My wife and I purchased a double cab, hilux new in 2013 and at 50 000km the turbo charger packed up and I contacted Toyota customer care who assisted with a replacement. The new turbo charger was replaced sometime in May 2017, and done by Toyota mechanics with "toyota genuine parts" i.e. turbo charger. Now at 34 OOOkm later, the turbo charger packs up again. So my experience with toyota genuine turbo charger parts is that it lasts for almost 50 000km at a time. I have to replace my turbo charger at a cost of almost R 25 000 on a yearly basis. Every service has been done by a toyota mechanic. I called Toyota customer service last Friday who indicated they would do an investigation. I had no feedback, even though I was told they would contact me by the end of business on the same day. I contacted them today to be told by a confused call center agent that the person dealing with my issue is not available and that in any respect the turbo charger was under warranty for a year which expired in May. So in other words " Toyota does not care " . I expect better from toyota, I still have a 92 toyota conquest than is perfect; a lexus IS 250; lexus RC 350 F Sport and we had runx all of which is affiliated with toyota and we have had no problems. Except for this double cab bakkie which appears to need a new turbo almost every year!!! Toyota should have assessed the turbo charger to find out what is the problem before saying it is out of warranty.
