Unreliable

I am very disappointed. My first car was Toyota Urban Cruiser 2022. I was excited since Toyota is said to be "reliable". Few months down the line the car makes a squicky sound when I reverse, I called the dealer and spoke to salesman and he said its because the car is not sleeping in the garage😒. The car has been in for cleaning of breakes checking the issue and the sound just never went away even when I moved to a place with a garage! Still they would take it in, do whatever they do and say no issue found and 3 months later same song. June I requested for a permanent solution, if I can tell you that it's even worse and now I called head office they are not responding to me at all😢.... So much for a reliable brand😭.
