Unproffesionalism at Oranje Toyota

Good day, hereby I just want to report the following incidents: earlier today I took my car in for a valuation for an extra quotation on a new car at Oranje Toyota Bloemfontein. They put on the valuation (that I got hold of through another dealer in Oranje Toyota Hartswater where I intended to buy a brand new vehicle from, after I have been gossiped and sweared at after a phone call from them. Finance have been approved today) that the car is full of chips and the front tyres are due for replacement. The front tyres only done 9000 km and I have the invoices to proof that. The front tyres are still brand new. The car only has two or three normal chips from everyday use. Why are they dishonest? To make extra money! Incident two: new car sales manager phoned me and wanted to confirm the condition of the vehicle as, due to distance, he haven't saw the car and only worked on photos. I told him the tyres are still excellent. He draw it just after he spoke to me when he thought I hanged up. I heard him gossiping, making snotty remarks and saying I am not trustworthy and that I am taking chances, and that " hy *** rond". This is very unproffesional and I am depressed about this. Please take note of my complaints.
