Unprofessional is an understatement

Kowie Toyota dealer principle from HELL! Nolene ! Today while back in the town I grew up in on vacation myself and soon to be wedded family needed to stop for a few items in Port Alfred Town. Kowie. Parking was an issue so we got excited when we saw an open parking next to a white hilux at Kowie Toyota. (There were no cones up blocking the parking-this can be proved via video footage) we had our fishing rods and other personal items in the car.

We spent roughly 15 minutes getting what we needed and upon our return noticed that our fishing rods were missing from our car, obviously we assumed we had been ****** only to hear an employee from Kowie Toyota say the FNI Nolene would like to see us upstairs, we assumed they had seen the ******* and wanted to talk to us regarding this.

I proceeded up stairs as requested with two of my soon to be family members only to be treated like a dog, shouted and sworn at, threatened and made to feel tiny in front of her staff. Her opening question being “ What the f#*k gives you the right to park on my property”.

The funny part was that our fishing rods were in her office, they ********ly opened our car and removed items from it. When asked why she felt entitled to remove items out of our personal vehicle she said it was on my property, stood up and got in my face.

Firstly the manner in which it was handled was pathetic, this is a manager and someone reliant not only on the support of locals but Port Alfred In general relies hugely on tourist sales through festive visitors.

I called back after leaving as I was fuming after the way in which she handled herself and also the fact that she felt she could open our car and remove items from it.

When I told her it was ******* to do she said “so what, go make a case””call the cops” we’ll just impound your car”.

I told her how this kind of professional behaviour could effect her business and the name of the Toyota brand as most of my family and the companies they work for are based here and use them on a regular basis. She then proceeded to mock me and tell me it was okay.

Honestly Toyota you guys need to have the women removed from her FNI position and your group- if your sales drop knows she’s the reason why.

Thanks Noleen the drama queen and your team of unprofessional people who find ******* matters amusing as they laughed while we left your building. Go take a hard look in the mirror. Pathetic
