Unprofessional and ********* service

Good evening My mom’s vehicle Toyota starlet would not start at the beginning of this week. We subsequently changed the batter assuming that it’s a battery problem and it still would not start. We got the vehicle towed and taken in at Toyota KZN Portshepstone since the car was still under warranty. After two days of assessment the we notified by the Eugene who works the dealership that it was the moto starter. The problem is sorted out let me come and pick up the vehicle. Upon arrival I receive the keys and go to the vehicle to go home only for the vehicle not to start. I go back to Eugene to tell him vehicle won’t start and I ask may the Machanic who was fixing the vehicle come and explain. The Machanic and says he suspects and electrical fault. This itself shows that no diagnosis was done on the vehicle. I had to leave the dealership so they may attend to the vehicle. The following day i call Eugene and he tells me he had just got feedback I can come take the vehicle it’s fixed. Upon arrival I ask for Eugene the same Machanic who dealt with the vehicle and he tells me that he suspects it’s a fuse problem and to my shock he tells me that took a part from another vehicle and inserted it in ours. I was ask him how can you tell you took a part from another vehicle and just like that he says this is why I didn’t want to entertain this conversation, he goes on to say I’m not even suppose to have this conversation with the manager being here and he walks away.
