Unhappy client TOYOTA

I bought a Etios at Jan.2022 with 13 300 km.Standing now on 28 000 km.Already had 3services at Toyota.we went to vist my son in Kathu and the battery just wont start .went to a battery center and the done the test ,and said the battery is done ,we must buy a new one.My questions now is how is this possible with this km. On the clock .I did talk to people with the same car that had bought the same car with 7km and have the car for for years and no problem with the battry and Toyota said today sory not our problem .I always wanted a Toyota and nou i clould buy one,but now i think i made a mistake ,why is this my problem . Toyota is selling there cars for a huge lot of money with fong kong parts .This car is not 2 years all and already problem with a battry.i am very disappointed in toyota.this is the firts time in my life i thought i have a realibil car and dont need to stress when taking the road.But now i am not so sure .so yes gus do you home work on batterys and make sure .i stil have fabric warranty and a extended warrenty but now dont under stand why it is there
