Unders****ping Damage

In August 2014 me and my husband decided to trade our Yaris in for something bigger especially if you have a baby. We approached Halfway Ottery, Was assisted my Mr K Noordien. We were told by Mr Noordien we must be at Halfway Ottery at 15h00 as all papers will be ready and car will be there. We arrived on time to find no car. Every 10 to 15 minutes he would come and say the car is on its way. The car eventually arrived 18h15 that evening. It was pouring of rain. When we got in the car the Towbar of R8000 was not right. The car had no powersteering. We were lenient, we said we will collect our car the next day. Mr Noordien insisted i bring it the next day to sort out powersteering. <br> Day after day would pass, we called Mr Noordien he just kept on saying its normal. We even mentioned to him whenever we drove over a speedhumb then the car's towbar would sc****, his words to us was, No mine does the same. It went on for
