Undercarriage damage

I've been a Toyota fan for years. Always liked their cars etc. I purschased a Toyota Yaris in 2009 from Halfway Toyota Ottery. I had no problem with it. In August 2014 me and my husband decided to trade our Yaris in for something bigger especially if you have a baby. We approached Halfway Ottery, Was assisted my Mr K Noordien. We liked the. 2014/2015 Toyota Corolla Esteem. Deal went through and insurance was sorted. We were told by Mr Noordien we must be at Halfway Ottery at 15h00 as all papers will be ready and car will be there. We arrived on time to find no car. Every 10 to 15 minutes he would come and say the car is on its way. The car eventually arrived 18h15 that evening. It was pouring of rain. I still had my baby with us. When we got in the car the Towbar of R8000 was not right. The car had no powersteering. We were lenient, we said we will collect our car the next day.
