Unacceptable, disgusting service!

<p>I’ve been a Toyota client ever since I can remember. Never have I imagined that I will be so disgusted and writing a bad review about Toyota. I took my vehicle to Toyota Rand Stadium to get the gearbox and prop shaft repaired. The vehicle was in a good condition when I took it to Toyota, after my vehicle returned from its service it sounded like a truck, oil leaking and the vehicle was not as responsive as it used to be. Seems like the rubber around the prop shaft and diff was not replaced correctly and caused the leak. After a 6 weeks I had a breakdown. I took my vehicle back to Toyota to my surprise all they gave me was all different kinds of stories. Not taking responsibilities for what they missed or could have fixed to prevent what has happened. It’s been several weeks and my vehicle is still not repaired. I’ve paid quite a sum of money the first time and now Toyota is expecting me to pay more money for something they were supposed to fix. I have to find alternative ways to get my trailer to sites in order to complete my daily task which is so inconvenient and frustrating, Thanks to Toyota. So much for being a loyal Toyota customer for so many years.</p>
