UIF form and Provident fund claim

I was dismissed from work in June 29 2024 and I have been unemployed since then so I have been asking my former HR Manager to submit my Provident fund forms since August she told me that I must wait for 6 to 8 weeks to receive my funds but nothing so when I got back to her after t full months she said my forms were not clerlar they couldn't submit them and I submitted again and they told me that 3 to 4 weeks and agin that is over now I'm. Still waiting.

I have also been waiting for her to give me UIF forms as she gave me short documents for UIF and I'm unemployed I should have been receiving my UIF but she is holding everything for me I don't know why.
