TOYOTA ZEERUST YOUR SERVICE IS DISMAL...

I took my car for a service today at the Toyota Zeerust Car Dealership.In all my experience dealing with car dealerships this one takes the cup for the worst service I have ever received.I spoke to the most arrogant and rude assistant by tbe name of Wilma,who has this condescending and impatient way of speaking to clients.She kept sending me to the car for the information that she needs for the service,I have never seen that done anywhere before.I was not offered a lift to drop me off to where I needed to go...a first since I started dealing with servicing my car.When I took the car to them it was dirty...that is how I got it back.I usually get given the old parts that were replaced,for future reference should I need to get them by myself.I think if this is a standard practice in other dealership Toyota should look into it too.Overall their service is the poorest since my experience with car dealerships.I am highly disappointed and I doubt I will return to them for the next one.This is not the kind of people I want to give my money to.If I am not good enough for you...then my money is not good enough for you too...
