Toyota Yaris Sport

I honestly never thought that I would be going down this road but I have no option to do so. I purchased a Yaris sport last year June 2021. This car had only 17kms and its sad to see that this vehicle had to go in for mechanical repairs, however this was covered by the factory warranty. One should not expect this from the brand Toyota which stand for reliability especially when the mileage is so low. In Feb this year I picked up rust underneath the bootlid. They did approved to have it sort out however I'm am being pushed from pillar to post trying to get the initially deal to help me out with a courtesy car as the previous time and this is yet to be resolved. There also were plenty of fine scratches around the vehicle which was somehow camouflaged inorder to make a quick sale. I even reached out to customer care and they also failed to come up with a resolution. This car also has an extended warranty that was taken by the previous owner and I am now being told to take a new warranty on my name when it is already attached to the vin number. This is ridiculous and a *******. The quality and customer service coming from on of the biggest dealers in S.A is horrifying. This car is definitely not value for money period !!!
