TOYOTA WE CARE FOR YOU

Good Morning TOYOTA HYDE PARK My wife at 8 this morning driving down Jan Smuts Ave by herself gets a puncture on her Nissan X Trail right outside Toyota Hyde Park . She made the mistake of thinking Toyota might care , and drove in asking for help . Low and behold was told a workshop cannot help , she must drive down Jan Smuts in peak traffic to a tyre shop . COME ON TOYOTA SURELY YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS . Low and behold i have driven Corolla and still do, for many years . I just cant believe the service manager or workshop manager , my wife saw them talk to someone can be so heartless . YES YOU DID NOT HAVE HELP BUT WOW , 5 minutes out of your day . I will talk one person out of dealing with HYDE PARK TOYOTA . Absolutely disgraceful service . I will never service my Corolla at Toyota ever again its out of service plan , but if i gave my 2 registration numbers you will see i only ever serviced with Toyota . You are so short sited Mr Service / WORKSHOP manager . Toyota it is disgusting .
