Toyota Urban Cruiser - NO rear windscreen wiper

Recently bought the brand new Urban Cruiser XI and when bringing up the issue that the car has NO rear windscreen wiper, all of a sudden no one can answer. Your website changes on the daily - first you stated that the XI comes with a rear wiper, now it states that it doesn't. Your sales people think it comes with one and are then shocked to realise it doesn't. We've been told 'Toyota are trying to save money' which is why there is no rear wiper. When driving through rain/ bad weather you cannot see a thing out the back window!! If the window is dirty, how do you clean it? This is such a safety hazard!!! What is your reason for not putting this BASIC feature on the car? The Suzuki Brezza is the exact same car and has one. Additionally, all your advertising for this car includes an image where the car has a wiper - false advertising! The rear window isnt even designed well for run off. What is your explanation?? This is ridiculous!
