Toyota soweto bad service

Iam very disappointed with Soweto Toyota service. This is for the second time. First incident happened last year and now again. I left my car last week Wednesday they do not communicate with me about the car I have to do my own follow up. If the car is not fixed I need my refund.

The service is bad and staff needs proper training with regards to customer service
