Toyota South Africa - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

After multiple complaints and emails Toyota doesn't even bother to respond to! I called Toyota because once again my fuel range wasn't reading properly so I booked it in, then when I phoned they told me there is a recall on the Yaris drivers side airbag, I said to the lady if I hadn't phoned would they have bothered to contact me to tell me there is a recall?! This is my safety this is no longer acceptable Toyota I am EXTREMELY disappointed, you used to be so good with your customer service now nobody even bothers to respond! I have made MANY complaints and the list keeps growing!!
