Toyota South Africa delivery of new vehicle

I have ordered a Toyota Hilux with Goodrich Toyota in Bronkhorstspruit, about a month ago, the delivery date stated on their system was for the 19th of November 2021. My vehicle has still not been delivered and has been showing " In Transit" for a week now! My problem is not with the dealer but with Toyota South Africa, how can such n big company not commit on a delivery date or give any feedback on why or when my vehicle will be delivered? It is not as if I am waiting for a kidney and someone has to die in order for me to receive delivery! I think it's pathetic from their side!
