Toyota sold us a van without testing it

In end of January 2016 we took delivery of our van we purvhased from toyota Newcastle. We later found problems with the van after driving it for about 5 days. We went back to Toyota and talking to Rika confirmed that the van was not accessed before it was sold to us. The van was traded into toyota. From there it went straight to its first point to get panel beated. We saw rhe van at the panel beaters. While the van was at the panel beaters the deal was done by toyota. The van was done at panel beaters and delivered straight after. Toyota never checked anything else or fixed any problems in the van before selling it to us. We only found this out 8 days after we signed for the van. We have been to the manager 5 times in the last 4 weeks. We even make a list of all the things that need to be sorted. In the 4 times that toyota took the van to \fix\"they return it with nothing fixed, all our petrol finished and damages to our vehicle. It sseems as if they using our van to drive around instead of fixing it. We gave our van in today. We got it back with all our petrol finished again with new damages and 407km extra on the mileage. We zeroed the mileage this morning cos we suspected. "
