Toyota Service Centers

Between Toyota Mortimer service centre and Toyota Honeydew service centre they broke my car during the services and both didn't want to fix the damage they did I had to fix it myself. I thought the point of using Toyota approved service centres is that you guaranteed good service and qaulity.
