I CALLED Toyota offices in Johannesburg today about a **** going around seemingly tricking loyal customers and damaging the brand. I was attended by COLIN at the call centre. I must commend the service & assurance, which changed a negative, angry emotion to calm & understanding. Not many people care with, empathy! well done !
