Toyota SA must explain toyota warranties and guaranty

In December 2017 my mother bought a brand new toyota quantum During Feb 2018 the kombi started leaking oil from power streering rack and upon the noticing the driver notified me and since well im incharge with those kombi i told him to take it to the nearest toyota since well the kombi is brand new and its under warranty He took it the for the whole day and it came late home without any problem seen After 2day the oil was empty again and we took it in to same hartswater toyota service department under Chipy He saw the pipes leaking on the rack and he braised the pipes and put it back and he allowed to kombi to come back On the 22 may 2018 i took the kombi back again due to leaking again and he told me to buy a new rack its around R22000 excluding fitment I went to toyota SA and report the told me if its a taxi they cant help me I open a case number 350429 case manager Kevin Brandt with MIOSA they promised to look at the matter tell today nothing happend I had to sacrifice the other toyota quantum 2011 model to stripp it so we could fit the steering rack and the whole front suspension into the new toyota quantum so that it can operate to pay back its installment I opened a case number CRS70E8D again at wesbank since well they are financing the kombi to be alert if we stay behind with monthly installment is due to what We had to sell 5 cattles from my mother's kraaal to assist with the installment bacause of the fall backs But the kombi is fully operational even though we lost 1 kombi and 5 ***s
