Toyota SA don’t care

Hi I have a Toyota Fortuner 2.4 automatic with gearbox issues. I did report this to Toyota Centurion as well as Toyota SA, but no luck. According to the guys at Toyota SA this is a known issue with the 2.4 model gearbox, but no one does anything about this. I reported this more than six months ago, but Toyota SA is just ignoring the issue. This is quite an irritating issue on the gearbox. Can someone please sort this out. Regards, Gerrit
