Good day. 14/03/24 I have a Toyota Yaris 2018 1.5 Auto XS CVT. Vin MR2K29F***. I’m very satisfied with the vehicle per-se. However, I do experience navigational issues when traversing urban areas developed over the past 5 years. This is particularly relevant to citizens in Cape Town where development is progressing at pace. The system offers an update facility but it refers me to Toyota Customer Care (for me that is N1 City Parow). There I am told that Toyota does not provide updates for this factory fitted devise. What do I do.? In system installed: Toyota Infotainment Centre Number *** Software 2.20 Map version: OEM CN Southern Africa NT 2018 3D Please advise how best to get my system updated. Kind regards, Raymond Williamson. ***)
