Toyota SA

We have bought a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 in October 2015. In July 2016 we experienced constant noise coming from the brake area of the vehicle. We still have the same problem after numerous repairs being done on the vehicle by Toyota only. We have laid complaints with Toyota SA as well as the MIOSA. We have confirmation from a Toyota employee that it is the product that is not up to standard but Toyota SA keep telling us that there is nothing wrong. Both Toyota SA and MIOSA keeps closing our complaints cases with ONLY a reason that this is a wear and tear item. When I asked if a wear and tear item should only last one day before giving problems again, I was told that they will not be commenting on that. Should we then be budgeting for replacing parts on our vehicle on a daily basis? I am not the only one complaining about this problem.
