"TOYOTA RUSH WEAK ACCELERATION COMMON PROBLEM"

My car has been at a dealership for over month (from the (27th of November 2022).

since the part supply in south africa doesn't have the fuel pump for a toyota rush. The company knows that this make of cars has a common issue but they fail to have sufficient parts to maintain the customers queries.

No one from the dealership has been giving m3 constant updates. The last update I got was on the 17th of Nov, that they part will arrive the following and that l should get my car on the 23rd. To this day, l didn't get any further updates, until l went to the dealership today. To my surprise, the service mamager told me he didn't know anything about my car being kept there and that he only started today to do follow ups after few calls l made prior to arriving to the dealership! He then said he's waiting for toyota to hire a car for me and he will give me an update tomorrow at 10am.

The incompetence of this dealership is a disgrace!
